Think about it. How many people eating at your restaurant may have the ability to come back to you to book lots of business? How many people shopping in your stores, whether as tourists or residents, have the opportunity to tell others about your products or services? How many people using your professional service have the ability to talk about you to their family and friends?
How your staff treats these people could be the difference between booking your company and going with your competitor. And with all the avenues available through social media, one posting or tweet about your hospitality could be crucial to whether you grow or stay the same. So you can see that you have more Marketing and PR people on your staff than you may think.
